There are many symptoms of low thyroid (hypothyroid). If you are gaining weight and cannot lose weight despite exercise and diet, you could be low thyroid. If you are tired, depressed, anxious and with poor memory or concentration, this could also be low thyroid. The thyroid gland is responsible for all metabolism and is needed for a healthy pregnancy and prevention of miscarriage. There are many causes of low thyroid, from stress, nutrient deficiencies, food allergies, underlying infection and gut issues. You can recover and get your life back, lose weight and feel energetic again. I have many patients I have treated with low thyroid.
