Foods that cause cancer? Do you know how to reduce your risk of cancer?

Have you been concerned by the increased incidences of cancers of all types in all age groups and wonder why? While there are other factors that also contribute to cancer, the refined Western diet is playing a big part in the rise of cancers.

To reduce your cancer risk, eat more vegetables, more salads, more fruits, more nuts and seeds, more fish, more chicken and no cows milk and no sugar and avoid or reduce (depending on your situation) all carbohydrates i.e. all grains and potatoes as they all convert to sugar in the body and this feeds cancer. Private consultations available.
